Short version: we don’t look

This website

No analytics. No cookies. No tracking pixels, no third-party scripts.

Even the fonts come from this site, not a font CDN. The host may keep ordinary server logs (IP address, time, which page) for security and to keep the lights on. Nobody uses them to build a profile of you.

The Night Porter tool

  • No telemetry. It doesn’t phone home, count your usage or send crash reports.
  • It runs on your machine. Config and state live in ~/.config/nightporter and ~/.local/share/nightporter.
  • It only talks to what you set up: the GitHub and GitLab APIs for your accounts, the agent you picked (Claude Code or OpenCode), and any pack or marketplace git URLs you add.
  • Your credentials stay put. They come from your keychain or from gh / glab. They never land in a config file and never reach the agent.

The services you choose

Your agent sends code and PR context to its model provider, for example Anthropic.

GitHub and GitLab handle your data under their own terms too. Their privacy policies cover that part, not this one.

GitHub

Issues and security reports live on GitHub, so GitHub’s own privacy terms cover those. Public issues are, well, public.
